was trying to farm this with my 55 using a partial axe build (for disrupt chop and bleed) with SoJ, but his heal sig seems faster than anything elses (i was lagging kinda bad that night also)

can anyone confirm the heal sig part?

killed him 17x no sword drop then zoned to see if he would ever carry the sword another maybe 20x =/ i must be unlucky

Yes, his heal signet is faster then the normal warrior cast time. Forget about interrupting him unless you want to do it as challenge

I dont bother, just keep spamming riposte and deadly riposte at him and he's pretty easy once you get the timing right, but thats for w/n's ofcourse.

Yeah I must have gone out there 30 times, only once did he actually have the sword, and I accidentally had Auspicious Parry instead of Grenth's Balance... Sigh.

Not all that much now... They were selling for 80k easily before this build was put up. Now you can pick em up for 20k.

They were sellin for 80k while factions was yet new. The same time, Bolts of cloth were selling for 30g. Green items price drop with time for a very simple reason: More and more are found as people advance in the game/replay some areas/farm.

Hrmmm i tried using my new elite auspicious parry on him with riposite...16 tatics works well but my timing isnt good enough yet so i dont block every attack on him..........i got the sword though and im happy.....

You cant block every hit, he uses pure strike and seeking blade, both of which penetrate block. It would be nice is he was easier to kill tho.

So he drops it even if you don't see him using it? I've never gotten it either way, but I've only done about 5 or 6 runs so far.

is it possible with a warrior Monk build?

Such as using Healing Hands (e)

Dolyaks
Tiger stance
Live Vicariously
Penetrating Blow
Penetrating Chop
Executioner's
Dismember

13 Strength
13 Axe
10 Healing

My question is will the healing from HH work for this boss?
